Flannel was beautiful, filled with simple, elegant, ready to wear pieces as well as statement jackets with metres of tassel. Unfortunately Mrs. Watson is not stocking this collection, no discount pieces for me, i'll have to pay full price with the rest of you. but so worth it!!

This poem was written during the aftermath of WW1. There is a sadness when reading this poem as it depicts the tragedy of man and abuse of power. It reminds me that history is cyclical, that the fatal flaw of the human race is one never learns from their mistakes.

The Perfect Muffins/Cupcakes

60 grams of butter
dash of vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup of sugar


blend all together till pale and creamy


add 1 and 1/2 cups of self raising flour 
1 cup of milk


mix together but don't over mix at this stage


makes about 11 cup cakes (i usually double this recipe)
If your going to make chocolate ones add 3 tble spns of coco powder with the flour
